| Magnus Magna Lif Immersion / Agitating Parts Washers The Magnus MAGNA LIF machine is used for hot or cold cleaning of up to 1,000 pounds of parts per batch. Heating alternatives include gas, steam or electricity. MAGNA LIF machines are air-powered, not air agitated. They are equipped with an agitating platform which is cantilever supported from the outside of the tank and which moves rapidly up and down through the cleaning solution. This revolutionary support system eliminates the need for having guide members and rollers immersed in the process solutions. Guide rollers are located externally, where they may be lubricated and where they are unexposed to possible attack by the cleaning chemicals, dirt and other materials which might shorten their life. |

For a list of options and acessories go here. The DIAL-A-STROKE control panel is operated principally by a single lever control. A flick of the lever and the platform rises slowly to the top level of the tank, regardless of load size or weight, for easy loading, unloading or inspection of the work. Another flick of the lever causes the platform to lower safely to the bottom of the tank and immediately starts the desired cycle of agitation. This unique control panel offers a number of controlled options. The wash cycle selector allows the operator the option of an agitation wash cycle or a soaking wash cycle. The feature allows the operator to dial one of three strokes supplied as standard-the short fast stroke is used for general cleaning-the medium stroke for fragile or sensitive parts-the long in and out stroke for chip removal and for cleaning parts with complicated internal passages. All are accomplished with just a twist of a selector knob. When you purchase a Magnus cleaning machine, along with construction features that insure quality performance and long service life, you receive Magnus reliability and dedicated service. The MAGNA LIF can be used in conjunction with the Magnus AJA LIF and AJA LIF Heavy Duty models. The Magnus MAGNA LIF can be supplied in carbon steel, Type 304 stainless steel or Type 316 stainless steel. A complete line of accessories is available. These include automatic timing devices, roller platforms (instead of grates), connecting sections of roller platform with drain boards (for connecting to adjacent machines), and load and unload sections of roller platform with drain boards and legs to be used for load and unload conveyor. | Other Magnus equipment can be used in conjunction with the MAGNA LIF.
