We were posed with the problem of washing production contaminants from the chillers prior to liquid painting. First, we cusom designed a special air hydration booth to aid the drying time due to the large production volume. Next, we implemented a Walters Steam Gun Cleaning Maching to rinse the chillers as they applied a phosphatizing chemical to treat the machine before coating it with liquid waterborne paint. It was a large chiller air conditioning plant first and greatly improved the adheasion of the paint while impoved work flow by allowing the painter to use a reliable, well constucted and eay to use piece of equipment.
